From 09/01/2026, in order to limit the transit movement of vehicles with a permissible total weight of more than 3.5 tons along the Minsk Ring Road (MKAD-1) and (or) Minsk, when such a vehicle passes through any two or more calculated segments from Table 2 of Appendix 1 to the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus dated 08/24/2026 No. 42 for 1 hour, the fare established for a vehicle with the appropriate number of axles, with an increasing coefficient of 10.0, is applied to the passage of such calculated segments.
